Our Story
30+ Years Building Sonoma County
Born and raised in Sonoma County, Richard Lindsay and Randy Fronce share a lifelong passion for building, craftsmanship, and the outdoors. With decades of combined experience, they have worked on everything from custom homes and hospital builds to large-scale community developments and detailed remodels.
Richard began his career in carpentry at sixteen, later advancing through the Carpenters Union to lead major Bay Area projects, while Randy started as an apprentice in 1985 and went on to oversee hundreds of homes as a superintendent for a local developer.
As a fully licensed general contractor, we take pride in turning visions into reality, from complete remodels to new home builds, always with an emphasis on quality materials, attention to detail, and personalized service.
