Born and raised in Sonoma County, Richard Lindsay and Randy Fronce share a lifelong passion for building, craftsmanship, and the outdoors. With decades of combined experience, they’ve worked on everything from custom homes and hospital builds to large-scale community developments and detailed remodels. Richard began his career in carpentry at sixteen, later advancing through the Carpenters Union to lead major Bay Area projects, while Randy started as an apprentice in 1985 and went on to oversee hundreds of homes as a superintendent for a local developer.

Yes we specify low-VOC paints, FSC-certified lumber, recycled/reclaimed materials, high-efficiency insulation, and energy-saving fixtures, balancing performance, budget, and availability.
What building codes do I need to be aware of?
You’ll need to follow your local adopted codes, typically the CBC/CRC, Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical codes, Title 24 Energy Code, WUI/fire and seismic rules, plus zoning/HOA and we handle the permitting and coordinate inspections for you.
